Children's Church Ministry at Parkwood Baptist Church
We warmly invite all children through the second grade to join our Children’s Church Ministry every Sunday morning. It’s a place where children can learn about Jesus in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate environment while beginning to develop their own personal relationship with Him.
A Typical Sunday at Children's Church:
- 11:00AM Worship Together: We start each Sunday morning by gathering in the sanctuary for worship as a church family. This time allows children to experience the joy of community worship alongside their families and the larger congregation.
- Dismissal by the Pastor: After a time of singing and worship, the Pastor will dismiss the children to attend Children’s Church. This takes place in the Sunday School room conveniently located beside the Nursery.
- Interactive Bible Lessons: In Children’s Church, your child will be introduced to key stories and lessons from the Bible in a way that’s engaging and easy for them to understand. Our dedicated teachers use a mix of storytelling, crafts, songs, and games to make learning about Jesus fun and memorable.
- Building Faith: Through Bible-based teaching, children are encouraged to apply Christian principles to their lives, helping them grow in their faith journey from an early age.

Who Can Attend:
All children through the second grade are welcome! Whether your child is new to the church or a long-time attendee, Children’s Church offers a space where they can thrive spiritually and socially.
